These elements were completed during actual responses, as well as <br /> announced and unannounced equipment deployment or tabletop exercises. Additional verifying <br /> documentation is available upon request. Representatives from Patriot's Spill Management Team(SMT) <br /> also conducted quarterly QI/OSRO notifications to comply with USCG requirements for the Qualified <br /> Individual(QI)notification. <br /> PERSONNEL TRAINING <br /> Patriot Environmental Services utilizes qualified in-house or subcontracted personnel to provide training <br /> for oil spill response and hazardous material related activities. Training records are maintained for a <br /> minimum of three years following completion of training, and are available upon request for regulatory <br /> agency inspection and review. All corporate records are maintained at Patriot's Wilmington, CA facility. <br /> Patriot employees receive HAZWOPER, Incident Command System (NIMS/ICS) and oil spill related <br /> training in a curriculum composed from the following sources: <br /> • Training for Workers Under OSHA's Hazardous Waste Operations and Emergency Response <br /> (HAZWOPER) Standard 29 CFR 1910.120/Publication 3172; and CA OSHA Title 8—5192 <br /> 0 USCG Guidance for Health and Safety Training of Oil Spill Responders in the U. S.
