Based on this review <br /> the following plan is approved with comments (see Enclosure (1)): <br /> Shell Oil Products US Stockton Terminal Reference Number: 14-39-5040 <br /> A copy of this letter should be kept with the facility covered by this contingency plan. <br /> Your California Inland Facility Oil Spill Contingency Plan must be kept current at all times. <br /> Promptly send plan revisions to all plan recipients. The "Approval Comments" should be <br /> addressed with your next plan revision. See Enclosure (1). When submitting plan revisions to <br /> the Office of Spill Prevention and Response (OSPR), use the letterhead address, with <br /> "attention: Prevention Branch." <br /> This approval expires on July 2, 2022 by which time the above noted Inland Facility Oil Spill <br /> Contingency Plan must be resubmitted for review. <br /> The current California regulations regarding Oil Spill Contingency Plans can be located through <br /> the internet at: <br /> http://www.wildlife.ca.gov <br /> We appreciate your efforts to improve the safety of California's environment.
