Emergency Response Action Plan Version :27.10.4 <br /> Staging Area Manager <br /> • Establish Staging Area layout. <br /> • Determine any support needs for equipment, feeding, sanitation and security. <br /> • Establish check-in function as appropriate. <br /> • Post areas for identification and traffic control. <br /> • Request maintenance service for equipment at Staging Area as appropriate. <br /> • Respond to request for resource assignments. <br /> • Obtain and issue receipts for radio equipment and other supplies distributed and received at <br /> Staging Area. <br /> • Determine required resource levels from the OPS. <br /> • Advise the OPS when reserve levels reach minimums. <br /> • Maintain and provide status to Resource Unit of all resources in Staging Area. <br /> • Demobilize Staging Area in accordance with the Incident Demobilization Plan. <br /> Air Operations Branch Manager <br /> • Organize preliminary air operations. <br /> • Request declaration (or cancellation) of restricted air space. <br /> • Participate in preparation of the IAP through the OPS. Insure that the air operations portion of the <br /> IAP takes into consideration the Air Traffic Control requirements of assigned aircraft. <br /> • Perform operational planning for air operations. <br /> • Prepare and provide Air Operations Summary Worksheet (ICS Form 220) to the Air Support <br /> Group and Fixed-Wing Bases. <br /> • Determine coordination procedures for use by air organization with ground Branches, Divisions, <br /> or Groups. <br /> • Coordinate with appropriate Operations Section personnel. <br /> • Supervise all air operations activities associated with the incident. <br /> • Evaluate helibase locations. <br /> • Establish procedures for emergency reassignment of aircraft. <br /> • Schedule approved flights of non-incident aircraft in the restricted air space area. <br /> • Coordinate with the Operations Coordination Center (OCC) through normal channels on incident <br /> air operations activities. <br /> • Inform the Air Tactical Group Supervisor of the air traffic situation external to the incident. <br /> • Consider requests for non-tactical use of incident aircraft. <br /> • Resolve conflicts concerning non-incident aircraft. <br /> • Coordinate with FAA. <br /> • Update air operations plans. <br /> • Report to the OPS on air operations activities. <br /> • Report special incidents/accidents. <br /> • Arrange for an accident investigation team when warranted. <br /> Shell Supply and Distribution ERAP-47 Stockton Terminal FRP <br /> ©2019 Witt 0' Brien's Revision Date:October, 2019 <br />
