Emergency Response Action Plan Version :27.10.4
Facility Response Equipment Comments
Note 1 -The Facility maintains a minimal quantity of hand tools and absorbent material on-site that is
to be used for routine maintenance operations only. The Company has arranged through Contract
for listed OSROs to respond to an incident with necessary equipment within one (1) hour as detailed
in Figure A.3.
Note 2 - Equipment listed with no shelf life or N/A do not have a shelf life indicated by manufacturer.
Note 3 - Equipment testing/inspections, preventive maintenance records, deployment records, and
other relevant documentation are kept on file at the Facility separate from this document. Blank
forms/logs are located in FRP Appendix H.
Note 4 -The Plan Holder shall notify the Administrator when major equipment is removed from
service for a period of twenty-four(24) hours or more for maintenance or repair.
The Facility has no additional response equipment or other cleanup materials than listed above.
Booming details along with access points are noted on the diagram found in in Section 6. Because
of the Facility's location and the weather prone to the area (flooding, etc.), response times and
deployments can be negatively impacted during a response; however, Facility trains towards such
concerns.
Shell Supply and Distribution ERAP-70 Stockton Terminal FRP
©2019 Witt O' Brien's Revision Date:October, 2019
