Immediately reactivate your ID number and submit evidence to the San Joaquin <br /> County Environmental Health Department within 30 days. <br /> This is a minor violation. <br /> 601 CCR 66262.34(d)Stored hazardous waste onsite greater than 180 days. <br /> Used oil and waste antifreeze were last disposed of on a manifest on 11/27/18.An accumulation start date was not <br /> observed on the three 55 gallon drums of used oil or the 55 gallon drum of waste antifreeze. Facilities who <br /> generate less than 1000 kg of hazardous waste per month and do not exceed 6000 kg of waste stored on site at <br /> any time may store waste on site up to 180 days. Immediately contact a licensed hazardous waste hauler to <br /> dispose of this waste under manifest and submit a copy of the manifest to the EHD. <br /> This is a repeat violation, Class II. <br /> 605 CCR 66262.34(f) Failed to completely label containers or portable tanks of hazardous waste. <br /> Three 55 gallon drums of used oil, one 55 gallon drum of waste antifreeze, and one 55 gallon drum of used oil filters <br /> were missing information on the labels including the accumulation start dates. All hazardous waste containers shall <br /> be marked with the following information: <br /> -the words"Hazardous Waste" <br /> -name and address of generator <br /> -hazardous properties <br /> -physical state <br /> -composition (contents) <br /> -accumulation start date <br /> Immediately label these containers and ensure that all containers are marked with all the required information. <br /> Since these containers have been on site longer than 180 days, immediately contact a licensed hazardous waste <br /> hauler to dispose of this waste under manifest and submit a copy of the manifest to the EHD. <br /> This is a minor violation. <br /> 608 CCR 66266.130 Failed to properly manage used oil and fuel filters. <br /> A 55 gallon drum of used oil filters was observed without an accumulation start date written on the drum. Facilities <br /> that generate up to one ton of used oil filters per year may store the filters up to one year. Facilities that generate <br /> one ton or more of used oil filters may store the filters for up to 180 days.
