Submit to the EHD a copy of the signed off copy of the manifests or a copy of the exception report submitted to DTSC. This is a Class II violation. 605 CCR 66262.34(f) Failed to completely label containers or portable tanks of hazardous waste. A five gallon container that holds diesel ash (diesel particulate matter) was missing a hazardous waste label. All hazardous waste containers shall be marked with the following information: - the words "Hazardous Waste" - name and address of generator - hazardous properties - physical state - composition (contents) - accumulation start date Immediately label these containers and ensure that all hazardous waste containers are marked with all the required information. This is a repeat violation, Class II. Overall Inspection Comments: Complete and submit a copy of the Return to Compliance Certification form to the EHD with a statement documenting the corrective actions that have been or will be taken for each violation, and any supporting paperwork, by February 22, 2019.
