This red can in new maintenance was marked as a violation. "one red five gallon can <br />partially full of solid paint waste was observed in the new maintenance area". When actually it was in compliance. That <br />red can had white contaminated rags in it. That red can is the same as all the other red cans around the facility. The red <br />cans are for contaminated rags which are emptied daily and are shipped out on a manifest as haz-waste. How do I clear <br />this one off of our violations?
