The containers <br /> were: <br /> -One 5 gallon container of metal fines had no hazardous waste label <br /> -One approximately 3 gallon white container of used antifreeze had no hazardous waste label <br /> -Two blue 55 gallon drums of used oil had no accumulation start date. <br /> -Two approximately 15 gallon yellow drums containing used oil had no hazardous waste label. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: All hazardous waste containers shall be marked with the following information: the <br /> words"Hazardous Waste", name and address of generator, hazardous properties, physical state, composition <br /> (contents), accumulation start date <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately label the containers as required for hazardous waste.
