The following were <br /> observed in the hazardous waste storage area: <br /> -Two 15 gallon drums with used oil observed with no hazardous waste labels. <br /> -One 5 gallon bucket with used oil observed with no hazardous waste label. <br /> -One 30 gallon drum with waste diesel observed with no physical state, hazardous properties or accumulation start <br /> date. <br /> -One 55 gallon drum with used absorbent/waste solids observed with no accumulation start date. <br /> -One 55 gallon drum with used paper oil filters observed with no physical state and hazardous properties. <br /> -Two 55 gallon drums with used paper oil filters observed with no accumulation start date. <br /> The following were observed in the brake lathe shaving area: <br /> -One 55 gallon drum with waste solids observed no accumulation start date. <br /> Note: one empty 5 gallon bucket reserved for brake lathe shavings. <br /> The following were observed in the main shop: <br /> -One 1 gallon used oil pump observed with no hazardous waste label. <br /> The following were observed in the express shop: <br /> -One 55 gallon drum with used paper oil filters observed with a"drained used oil filters"label, no hazardous waste <br /> label and no accumulation start date. <br /> -One blue 15 gallon drum with used oil filters observed with illegible hazardous waste label. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: All hazardous waste containers shall be marked with the following information: the <br /> words"Hazardous Waste", name and address of generator, hazardous properties, physical state, composition <br /> (contents), accumulation start date <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately label the containers as required for hazardous waste.
