Certified Collision Center, 7710 Murray Dr. Stockton, CA Record ID PR0517844
12/10/2019 CUPA— Haz. Waste
PHOTO# 10
At least two Festool HEPA dust extractors/vacuums were observed in the facility, in the Paint Shop and the Body Shop (see photo IMG 9752). According
to Jim Pinto, Head Painter, these dust extractors are used to vacuum up the dust generated when sanding vehicles, and the extractors are emptied at the
end of each day into a bondo dust/debris hazardous waste drum. The Festool HEPA dust extractors were missing the words "Hazardous Waste", name
and address of generator, hazardous properties, physical state, composition (contents), and the accumulation start date or the words "Empty Daily."
Note: The facility's most recent hazardous waste disposal pick up was on 11/15/2019 and included 120 pounds of non-RCRA waste bondo dust/debris.
_ J
f
.« • d0" '
i •
i
7
• a r
Q r
Elianna Florido, REHS Page 10 of 26
