No actions required by the <br /> EHD. <br /> Starting September 1, 2018, all in-office CERS help will be provided at EHD hourly rate ($152). To schedule an <br /> appointment, please call (209) 468-3420. <br /> The following minor violations were corrected during the inspection: <br /> -Land disposal restriction forms for uniform manifest number 017144855JJK(10/16/2017)was found without a <br /> signature from the generator. Land disposal restriction forms are required to be signed by the generator. Ensure <br /> that the forms are completed for all future shipments per Title 22 California Code of Regulations 66268.7. The <br /> form was signed during the inspection. <br /> -In shop area, two white 55 gallon poly drums containing used oil were observed with a hazardous waste label <br /> missing the physical property, hazardous property, the words"hazardous waste,"and the name and address of the <br /> generator. <br /> In the hazardous waste storage area: <br /> -One black 55 gallon steel drum containing oily debris was observed with an incorrect accumulation start date. <br /> -One 55 gallon poly container holding used antifreeze was observed with a hazardous waste label missing the <br /> accumulation start date, physical property, hazardous property, the words"hazardous waste,"and the name and <br /> address of the generator. <br /> -One blue 15 gallon steel drum containing used oil was missing a hazardous waste label. <br /> -Two plastic 5 gallon buckets holding oily sludge were missing hazardous waste labels. <br /> All hazardous waste containers shall be marked with the following information: <br /> -the words"Hazardous Waste" <br /> - name and address of generator <br /> - hazardous properties <br /> - physical state <br /> -composition (contents) <br /> -accumulation start date <br /> The containers were properly labeled during the inspection and the two plastic 5 gallon buckets were disposed of <br /> during the inspection by being placed into a 55 gallon drum for oily debris. <br /> -In the hazardous waste storage area, one black 55 gallon steel drum containing crushed used oil filters had an <br /> incomplete label missing the words"drained"and the accumulation start date. Used oil filters shall be drained of <br /> free-flowing oil, stored in a closed, rainproof container, labeled as"drained used oil filters," and marked with an <br /> accumulation start date.
