Send back the return to compliance form <br /> stating why you believe the powder coating is not hazardous waste as defined in Title 22 California Code of <br /> Regulations. Include all supporting documentation such as SDS sheets for all powder coatings you use and also <br /> chemical properties such as flash point and metal content.
