SANJ O A Q U I N Environmental Health Department <br /> COUNTY <br /> Notice of RMP Implementation <br /> According to the California Health and Safety Code (HSC), Section 25535: <br /> (b) Upon implementation of an RMP, the stationary source shall notify the administering agency that the RMP <br /> has been implemented and shall summarize the steps taken in preparation and implementation of the RMP. <br /> (c) The stationary source shall continue to carry out the program and activities specified in the RMP at the <br /> stationary source after the administering agency has been notified pursuant to subdivision (b). <br /> (d)The owner or operator of the stationary source shall implement all programs and activities in the RMP before <br /> operations commence, in the case of a new stationary source, or before any new activities involving regulated <br /> substances are taken, in the case of a modified stationary source. <br /> Summary of steps taken in preparation and implementation: <br /> 6/3/2020 - Resource Compliance performed an initial site visit of the facility and gathered all <br /> Safety Information. <br /> 6/3/2020 - Resource Compliance performed a Seismic Assessment of the ammonia refrigeration <br /> system. <br /> 6/11/2020 - Resource Compliance led a Compliance Audit of the ammonia refrigeration system <br /> CalARP Program. <br /> 6/16/2020 - Resource Compliance led a Hazard Review of the ammonia refrigeration system <br /> utilizing the What If Checklist methodology. <br /> 6/19/2020 - Resource Compliance and the facility developed an updated written CalARP <br /> Program. <br /> 6/25/2020- The facility submitted the CalARP RMP Submit to San Joaquin County EDH. <br /> 22 of 22 <br />
