Immediately fix problems <br /> listed above , and manage according to Title 22 hazardous waste regulations. Submit a statement and supporting <br /> documentation explaining how this waste was managed. <br /> Provide statement or proof that the hazardous waste listed above were properly disposed of. <br /> This is a minor violation. <br /> 304 CCR 66262.34(d)(2) Failed to maintain adequate aisle space for unobstructed response to emergencies. <br /> 1 black 55 gallon with used coolant observed with blocked passage. Adequate aisle space shall be maintained to <br /> allow the unobstructed movement of personnel,fire protection, spill control equipment, and decontamination <br /> equipment to all areas of facility operation in an emergency.
