The sink is <br /> used for analyzing the manufactured bleach solution, Solutions <br /> from bleach analytics enter a pipe that flows from the sink into the <br /> sump. Facility personnel state that the liquid in the sump is put <br /> back into the bleach manufacturing process, so it is not a waste. <br /> Liquid from this sump was collected as Sample TCS-09. <br />
