To the left of the tank on the floor is a blue <br /> rectangular, open-top container placed under a pump adjacent to <br /> Photo taken in Chlorine Re-packaging Roam where chlorine gas <br /> in a pressurized liquid form is repackaged through a piping the tank. A solution was in the rectangular container. Facility staff system. There was a strong smell of chlorine gas and a stated that this solution is returned to the bleach manufacturing flammable substance in this room. Facility staff stated that Krylon process. <br /> Maxx (pictured in the middle of the picture) was being used on the <br /> tank valves. The label on the Krylon aerosol can warned that it <br /> was extremely flammable. An employee in the room was not <br /> wearing a mask or respirator to protect his lungs. <br />
