My understanding is that the waste has a pH value below 2 and California soluble metal values in the hazardous waste range. Other tests to consider for a complete hazardous waste determination for a representative sample of this waste is acute aquatic toxicity, RCRA metals analysis(TCLP)and Total metals(TTLC).
