Thatcher Company.-Stockton <br /> Inspection Date: 07/25/2019 <br /> Required Corrections, 40 CFR §68.195 <br /> (b)Emergency contact information—Beginning June 21, 2004, within one month of any change <br /> in the emergency contact information required under 68.160(b)(6), the owner or operator shall <br /> submit a correction of that information. <br /> -AOC 7: Thatcher failed to correct the emergency contact information in their RMP at the <br /> time of the EPA inspection. The outdated information for Jim Novak was listed as <br /> the emergency contact in Thatcher's RMP. <br /> Closing Conference <br /> The closing conference included a review of the day's activities and the areas of focus during the <br /> inspection. The EPA inspector and facility representatives were present.
