If you dispute any of the violations,.you should explain your disagreement <br /> in this written response. The issuance of the letter does not preclude DTSC from taking <br /> administrative, civil, or criminal action as a result'of the violations noted in the SOV <br /> and/or the report. <br /> All pertinent documents derived from the inspection, including photographs (copies are <br /> included with this letter), documents provided by you to DTSC staff, and the SOV, will <br /> become public documents.
