There should be more than 30 to 40 feet between monitoring.well locations. The location of the <br /> south-southwest well should be moved further south. <br /> 3. There must be a worldng OVM or PID at the site to field screen the soil samples. . <br /> 4. Provide a copy of the Health and Safety Plan to EHD. There currently is no plan in the EHD <br /> corrective action file. <br /> 5.
