(AGE) has prepared this work plan for the destruction of three <br /> groundwater monitoring wells ,(MW-1 through MW-3) at 3012 East Waterloo Road, <br /> Stockton, California, (site). The location of the site is illustrated in Figure 1. Locations of <br /> monitoring wells related to the site are illustrated in Figure 2. Historical site background <br /> information is summarized in the AGE-prepared;No FurtherAction Required Report,dated <br /> 02 May 2013. <br /> INTRODUCTION <br /> Between August 2005 and December 2012, a total of seven groundwater monitoring <br /> events were conducted at the site to monitor dissolved petroleum hydrocarbon <br /> concentrations in groundwater and to characterize groundwater flow direction and gradient <br /> at the site. <br /> Based on the minimal plume concentrations and mass, and completion of monitoring at <br /> the site, the EHD has directed by letter dated 29 July 2013 (Appendix A) the preparation <br /> of a work plan for destruction of all site wells as part of site closure proceedings.
