No evidence was <br /> documented on visual inspection to indicate an unauthorized <br /> release oh petroleum based waste and/or product has occurred . i <br /> However, the soils excavated around the top of the tank ' <br /> contained a slight odor of undeter ined origin. <br /> Should the California Regional Water Quality . Control Board <br /> instruct you to initiate a si a assessment of the oil/water <br /> separator, the waste oil tank a ea may be included in that <br /> investigation . <br /> Please provide us in writing with he following : 1 ) enclosed is <br /> a contractor questionnaire that shall be completed by whomever <br /> will be doing the closure ( owner/operator or outside <br /> contractor ) ; and 2 ) provide San Joaquin Local Health District i <br /> with 48-hour advance notice of the actual closure so that we <br /> may witness the closure . <br /> Very truly yours, <br /> Jogi Khanna, M.
