s To:John Rehs (San Joaquin County) From: Brian Nusser(Atlantic Aviation) Regarding: Small Quantity Hazardous Waste Generator Inspection Report Completed items- Item#102-The waste found in the secondary containment at the fuel farm was determined to be a mixture of Jet fuel and rainwater.The waste was absorbed with Pig Mats and "Kitty litter"and disposed of in one of our solid waste drums. (please see attached photos of the secondary containment in its current state). Item#110- Manifest numbers 015970969JJK (1/26/2017),016010568JJK(5/15/2017),017144956JJ1< (10/25/2017),018790531JJK (4/11/2018),018790502JJ1< (4/11/2018),019174075JJK(8/30/2018), 018790772JJK(5/8/2018), and 019911040JJK(1/23/2019)were found without a signed off copy from the destination facility. Manifest numbers 016019155JJK(6/21/2017),016019193JJ1<(7/12/2017), 016019286JJ1< (8/17/2017), and 018144503JJI< (3/15/2018)were not found on site. All above mentioned Manifests with the destination facility have been retrieved from Ramos Environmental and Worldwide Recovery Services. Attached PDF File contains scanned copies of all manifests. Item 112-Land disposal restriction forms for uniform manifests 016010568JJK(5/15/2017, aviation fuel) and 015970969JJK(1/26/2017, aviation fuel),were found without signatures from the generator.The forms are required to be signed by the generator. Ensure that the forms are completed for all future shipments per Title 22 California Code of Regulations 66268.7. The team responsible for hazardous waste compliance has been trained on proper manifest procedures and the importance of further compliance has been stressed.
