The hazardous materials inventory shall be submitted by January 15 <br /> of each calendar year and may be submitted beginning November 1 of the previous year. Immediately log into the <br /> CERS at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, enter the correct or updated information, and submit to the EHD for approval. <br /> This is a repeat violation, Class II. <br /> 10 HSC 25508.1(a)-(f) Failed to submit revisions to business plan within 30 days of substantial change in operations. <br /> During the inspection, at least eight 55 gallon drums of waste tire paint were found and updated information has not <br /> been reported. Within 30 days of one the following events, business shall electronically update the information <br /> submitted to the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS): <br /> -A 100 percent or more increase in the quantity of a previously disclosed material. <br /> -Any handling of a previously undisclosed hazardous materials <br /> -A change of business address, business ownership, or business name. <br /> Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS)at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, enter the <br /> correct or updated information, and submit to the EHD for approval. <br /> This is a Class II violation. <br /> 11 HSC 25505(a)(4) Failed to provide or document initial and/or refresher training to appropriate personnel. <br /> Documentation showing initial and annual refresher training of 1. Immediate notification contacts to the appropriate <br /> local emergency response personnel and to the unified program agency; 2. Procedures for the mitigation of a <br /> release or threatened release to minimize any potential harm or damage to persons, property, or the environment; <br /> and 3. Evacuation plans and procedures, including immediate notice, for the business site; was not available at the <br /> time of inspection. The business plan shall include provisions for ensuring that appropriate personnel receive initial <br /> and annual refresher training. All employees shall be trained in safety procedures in the event of a release or <br /> threatened release of a hazardous material, including, but not limited to, familiarity with the following plans and <br /> procedures: <br /> (A) Immediate notification contacts to the appropriate local emergency response personnel and to the unified <br /> program agency. <br /> (B) Procedures for the mitigation of a release or threatened release to minimize any potential harm or damage to <br /> persons, property, or the environment. <br /> (C) Evacuation plans and procedures, including immediate notice, for the business site.
