This hazard can be <br /> reduced with the use of Nitrile butyl rubber or neoprene gloves and the use of safety <br /> goggles. <br /> 13.14 Cleaning Equipment <br /> Skin and eye contact with methanol, Alconox or other cleaning substances can occur <br /> while cleaning equipment. This hazard can be reduced with the use of Nitrile butyl <br /> rubber or neoprene gloves and the use of safety goggles. <br /> 14.0 EMERGENCY COMMUNICATION <br /> Work areas (exclusion zones) will generally be staged within short walking distances of each <br /> other so that personnel in one area may quickly and directly summon assistance from other <br /> work areas. <br /> The telephone will be the primary means of communicating with sources of assistance not <br /> in the immediate work area. The FSS will have a cellular phone on-site for use in <br /> emergencies <br /> The on-site personnel must also be able to accurately describe their work location(s) <br /> accurately to authorities in the event of an emergency requiring outside assistance. <br /> 14.1 Fire <br /> A dry chemical fire extinguisher will be carried with each drill rig for use against <br /> small fires. <br /> Only Factory Mutual (FM) approved fire safety cans will be used to transport and <br /> store flammable liquids.
