S0 JOA U 1 Environmental Health Department <br /> u ; i y I AMENDED <br /> 6/30/2020 <br /> Small Quantity Hazardous Waste Generator Inspection Report <br /> Facility Name: Facility Address: Date: <br /> KNIFE RIVER 400 S LINCOLN ST, STOCKTON June 30, 2020 <br /> finished on 6-30-20 and replaces the initial checklist. <br /> Complete and submit a copy of the Return to Compliance Certification form to the San Joaquin County <br /> Environmental Health Department with a statement documenting the corrective actions that have been or will be <br /> taken for each violation, and any supporting paperwork, within 30 days of receiving the complete inspection <br /> report. <br /> Waste streams: aerosol cans, used oil, used oil filters, oily solids, lead acid vehicle batteries, oily rags. <br /> The service shop eye wash was covered with plastic and was not readily available for use.
