The filters are drained and then hauled back to 7100 S Longe St#300 in Stockton, CA <br /> 95206 to be disposed of. The equipment service checklist copy that is left on site and taken back to the facility is <br /> incomplete. <br /> Drained used oil filters must be handled as hazardous waste or be handled using the alternative rule Title 22 <br /> California Code of Regulations section 66266.130. This section specifies that a bill of lading must be used between <br /> the point of generation and the consolidation site. The filters must be hauled from the consolidation site to a <br /> recycler using another bill of lading. The bills of lading must indicate generator,transporter, and receiving company <br /> names, addresses, telephone numbers, the quantity and size of used oil filter containers transferred, and the date of <br /> transfer.A copy of each bill of lading must be kept on the premises of the generator,transporter, and receiving <br /> facility where the used oil filters were handled. Copies of bills of lading shall be kept for a period of three years. <br /> Immediately start to leave this information and keep records on site. <br /> This is a Class II violation. <br /> Overall Inspection Comments: <br /> An inspection checklist was provided to the facility operator on the day of inspection.
