CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> PA-2000091 <br /> KEVIN &ANN K. ULLRICH, TRUST/ROBERT SNOW, PLS <br /> Lot Line Adjustment Application No. PA-2000091 was approved by the San Joaquin County <br /> Community Development Department on August 28, 2020,which is the effective date of approval. <br /> This approval will expire on February 27, 2022, which is 18 months from the effective date of <br /> approval, unless a Notice of Lot Line Adjustment has been recorded and a Record of Survey has <br /> been filed, if required by the Land Surveyors'Act. <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all Ordinance Requirements shall be complied with prior to approval of <br /> a Notice of Lot Line Adjustment. <br /> 1. APPROVAL: This approval is for a Lot Line Adjustment between two(2) parcels as shown on the site <br /> plan dated May 29, 2020. <br /> b. NOTICE OF LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT: A"Notice of Lot Line Adjustment" shall be recorded prior to <br /> conveyance of property through deeds by the owner. Legal descriptions of the resultant properties <br /> shall be submitted to the Surveyor's Division for review and forwarding to the Community Development <br /> Department. The legal descriptions shall be prepared, stamped and signed by a Registered Civil <br /> Engineer, qualified to practice Land Surveying per Section 8731 of the Land Surveyors' Act, or a <br /> Licensed Land Surveyor(Development Title Section 9-872.4). <br /> 2.
