We also kept one empty drum for the new waste filters which is marked as
oil debris solid . I have attached photos for your review .
As far as the 30 gal unit the spills were wiped up with a couple of rags which were rung out into the red container. The
rags were placed in the rag container and recycled by the linen service as normal . These units are changed out by
SafetyKleen service about every 6 weeks . We receive and forward copies of The manifests to Sacramento DTWS
Let me know if you have any other questions .
Kevin
From : Muro, Claudia [ mailto : cmuro@siciov . org ]
Sent : Wednesday, August 28, 2019 1 : 37 PM
To : Kevin Francke
Subject : HW Inspection May 10, 2019 RTC
Hi Kevin ,
My supervisor has brought to my attention that a few of your Return to Compliance ( RTC )
documents need additional documentation . Violations for the manifests , labeling , and for
the cleanup of the 30 gallon drum containing QSOL 220 cleaning solvent have been
reopened . Please correct and provide documentation for the following .
1 . Manifest # 020444742JJK was not legible . Please provide a legible copy .
2 . Explain what was done with the waste generated from the cleanup of the 30 gallon
drum containing QSOL 220 cleaning solvent .
3 . The label on the white drum containing oil filters needs the hazardous characteristic
added . In the photo provided , it appears that the word " NONE " was added to the
label .
Let me know if you need assistance .
Thank you ,
Claudia Muro
San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department
1868 E .
