The following is an itemized list of hazardous waste violations that have not been addressed for JAAS AUTO SERVICE as of July02 , 2020 . Open violations from November 30, 2018 inspection Violation #122 - Failed to submit a written response within 30 days of receiving an inspection report. An inspection was last done on 8/2/2016 and an inspection report was issued identifying information to be submitted to bring this site into compliance . This information was required to be submitted by 9/ 1 /2016 . This information has not been received resulting in a non -compliant status for this facility. An operator that receives an inspection report shall have 30 days to submit a written response that includes a statement documenting corrective actions taken or proposing corrective actions which will be taken . Ensure that a written response documenting corrective actions taken or proposed is submitted within 30 days of receiving an inspection report. ❑ This violation was corrected ❑ This violation will be corrected by ( date) : ❑ Supporting documents included Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation : Violation #207 - Failure to properly manage reusable soiled textile materials . Receipts for the soiled rags for the last three years were not available for review during the inspection . The receipts for laundered rags are required to be kept for three years . According to Sopheak San , the metal shavings are added to the absorbent drum . Metal shavings were observed pooling on the floor and on the equipment. Sopheak San said that his waste needed to be picked up and that all of his containers were getting full . Several 5 gallon buckets filled with paper oil filters (overfilled ) were observed in the used oil tank area . Facilities shall be maintained and operated to minimize the possibility of a fire , explosion , or release of hazardous waste to air, soil , or surface water which could threaten human health or the environment Immediately clean the metal shavings area , and manage according to Title 22 hazardous waste regulations . In addition , properly secure the paper oil filters to prevent a release .
