Provide a corrective action statement and supporting documentation to the <br /> San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department within 30 days. <br /> This is a minor violation. <br /> Overall Inspection Comments: <br /> The report was amended by the EHD to remove a violation for liquid in spill containment to the notes section, <br /> and removed the word "drained"from the oil filters listed for consolidated manifest record keeping. The <br /> amended report replaces the initial report. <br /> Complete and submit a copy of the Return to Compliance Certification form to the EHD with a statement <br /> documenting the corrective actions that have been or will be taken for each violation, and any supporting <br /> paperwork, by September 18, 2019. <br /> Starting September 1, 2018, all in-office CERS help will be provided at EHD hourly rate ($152). To schedule an <br /> appointment, please call (209)468-3420. <br /> Documents provided during inspection: hazardous waste label and label guidance, flyer for free CUPA classes, <br /> return to compliance certification, statement of corrective actions, photos taken during inspection <br /> Waste streams found: used oil, waste antifreeze, drained used oil filters, paper filters, lead acrid batteries, shop <br /> rags (laundered by Ameripride). <br /> The following first time minor violations were corrected on site: <br /> #105- No emergency coordinator <br /> OBSERVATION: The modified contingency plan listed an emergency coordinator who no longer works at the <br /> business. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: The emergency coordinator or his designee must respond to any emergencies that <br /> arise.
