SANJ O A Q U I N Environmental Health Department <br /> 000NIY <br /> Small Quantity Hazardous Waste Generator Inspection Report <br /> Facility Name: Facility Address : Date: <br /> JC Auto Body & Repair 540 N GRANT ST, STOCKTON July 22 , 2019 <br /> SUMMARY OF VIOLATIONS <br /> (CLASS 1, CLASS II, or MINOR - Notice to Comply) <br /> Item # Remarks <br /> 113 HSC 25160. 2(b) (3) Failed to keep copies of consolidated manifesting receipts for three years . <br /> OBSERVATIONS : Copies of hazardous waste disposal records for acetone waste was not found on site . <br /> REGULATION : Hazardous waste generators shall retain copies of all manifests signed off by the disposal facility <br /> and all receipts used in a consolidated manifesting procedure on site for three years and have them readily available <br /> for review. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION : Immediately locate a copy of all manifests and receipts for the last three years , maintain <br /> them on site , and submit copies to the EHD . <br /> This is a minor violation . <br /> 119 HSC 25404 (e) (4) Failed to report program data in the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) . <br /> OBSERVATIONS : A submission to the California Electronic Reporting System ( CERS ) for the hazardous waste <br /> program has not been made . <br /> REGULATION : Beginning January 1 , 2013 , all businesses are required to submit all new (or any changes to <br /> existing ) hazardous waste information online to the CERS at http : //cers . calepa , ca . gov. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION : Immediately create a CERS account and make the required submittals . Be sure to include <br /> your hazardous waste activity in the Businesses Activities section in CERS in addition to any other relevant activities <br /> and required fields . <br /> This is a Class II violation . o4vL, /7 <br /> Overall Inspection Comments : <br /> An inspection checklist was provided to the facility operator on the day of inspection . The EHD has written the <br /> complete report which replaces the initial checklist . <br /> Complete and submit a copy of the Return to Compliance Certification form to the EHD with a statement <br /> documenting the corrective actions that have been or will be taken for each violation , and any supporting <br /> paperwork , within 30 days of receiving the complete inspection report . <br /> NOTES : <br /> The following items were corrected on site during the inspection : <br /> Item 1 : No modified contingency plan and no emergency coordinator. <br /> I <br /> OBSERVATIONS : The facility did not have a modified contingency plan or an emergency coordinator.
