Go to the DTSC web site <br /> https:Hdtsc.ca.gov/apply-for-hazardous-waste-epa-id-number/to reactivate the ID number. <br /> This was corrected on site. <br /> This is a repeat violation, Class II. <br /> 301 CCR 66262.34(d)(2) Facility not maintained to minimize the release of a hazardous waste. <br /> Oil can be observed on the top of the(2)55-gallon drums of used oil. <br /> Facilities shall be maintained and operated to minimize the possibility of a fire, explosion,or release of hazardous <br /> waste to air, soil, or surface water which could threaten human health or the environment. <br /> Immediately clean the oil on top of the drums, and manage according to Title 22 hazardous waste regulations. <br /> Submit a statement and supporting documentation explaining how this waste was managed. <br /> This is a minor violation. <br /> 303 CCR 66262.34(d)(2) Failed to maintain all communication or alarm systems, spill control, or decontamination <br /> equipment. <br /> Some oil can be observed in the secondary containment for(2)55-gallon used oil drums. <br /> All facility communications or alarm systems,fire protection equipment, spill control equipment, and decontamination <br /> equipment,where required, shall be tested and maintained as necessary to assure its proper operation in time of <br /> emergency. <br /> Immediately clean the oil from the secondary containment, and manage waste generated from cleanup according to <br /> Title 22 hazardous waste regulations.
