4wA OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS MODEL J-7 AEROSOL CAN DEPRESSURIZING SYSTEM CAUTION - OPERATOR MUST WEAR EYE PROTECTION 1. The Can-,mom Must Be Grounded Before Use to a well grounded pipe or bracket. 2. If a hose kit is to be used, cut the hose to the proper length and affix the free end to the bottom of the gM#pL next screw the other end of the hose into the drum using the 2" plastic bung adapter. 5. To puncture can, push the"Red Handle" down wait a few seconds then slowly return handle to upright position. Liquid and aerosol contents are immediately expelled through lower chamber into receptacle. 9. After contents of can are emptied, disengage "Spring Locking Device"on top cover, lift cover and remove empty can. 10. Consult appropriate "Environmental Agencies Regarding Disposal Qf Empty Cans and Liquid Receptacle". Assembly: • Screw the New J-19 Filter hand tight into the 3/4" bung, do not over-tighten. • Note:Do not give the EPA an excuse to ticket your company the filter must be "Changed After Puncturing 750 Cans"or 90 Days whichever comes first.
