The Releasor has been informed by the Releasee that any effective removal method of permanent cosmetic tattoo may result in <br /> scarring and/or a permanent disfigurement. <br /> V. The Releasor has been informed that some pigments contain Titanium Dioxide and that under a laser,this substance can crystallize <br /> and turn black. <br /> W.
