Singh, Sandip [EHD]
From: Jeston Barnett <jbsinktherapy@gmail.com>
Sent: Wednesday, November 17, 2021 4:50 PM
To: Singh, Sandip [EHD]
Cc: Ashley Lynn
Subject: Changes Made
CAUTION: This email is originated from outside of the organization. Do not click links or open attachments unless you
recognize the sender and know the content is safe.
Hello Sandip!
I haven't heard back from you in regards to the report, but I've attached the changes I KNOW we needed to make per,
yesterday's notes.
We are waiting to hear Roberts decision on us keeping the autoclave in the shop.
Upon hearing his approval I will pay the $75 difference for Sterilization license- and will make the required changes to
maintain it.
If not, I will move forward with fully disposable tools.
Our preference is to keep the autoclave and make changes. (Removal of microwave and refrigerator)
Attached are pictures of my baseboard fixed, the holes in my office wall next to the television have been patched.
Pictures of the manual for the autoclave which will be kept in the drawer beneath it.( should Robert decide to allow us to
keep it)
Pictures of the required updates to our Body Art Facility Infection Prevention and Control Plan Guideline. Current staff
has their own copy, have been instructed to read it and on Friday we will be going over it for training and will forward
you pictures of everyones signature.
We also fixed the paperwork that had missing lot numbers and will be spending the next week combing through all of our
paperwork. The only issue we will have is the placement and artwork line with past clients - however, moving forward
since yesterdays visit- you will see the paperwork fully completed.
We also will be paying for TATTOO STUDIO starting in January which is an app that will hold all of our clients consent
forms digitally and stored in our cloud.
Artists are now storing their ink inside their cabinets.
The water dispenser has been moved next to the hockey table.(see picture)
Attached my new piercing consent form as well as JBs tattoo Aftercare sheet. The piercing consent form is still missing
the Parent Signature and is being editing within the next week or so.
We are waiting to hear back from Tattoo Express for the needle sterilization data. As soon as they send it over I will
forward it to you.
As far as the requirement for the sink in my office- I am in the process of collecting quotes for plumbing for a sink in my
office and will keep you updated on it.
If building a sink turns out to be out of our budget, will Robert be open to us buying the mobile sinks we use at tattoo
conventions?
