0 0 <br /> TATTOO BREAK DOWN PROCEDURE <br /> 1. Wash/Sanitize hands. <br /> 2. Put on 2 gloves. <br /> 3. Designate one glove as clean & one glove as dirty &touch things accordingly. <br /> 4. Remove bags from wash bottles using dirty glove. <br /> 5. Pick up tube with dirty glove. <br /> 6. Using clean glove, grab machine from inside of bag. <br /> 7. With dirty glove, remove clip cord from machine & lay machine down. <br /> 8. Holding cord sleeve with dirty glove, pull cord through sleeve with clean glove place in <br /> holder. <br /> 9. Place clip cord sleeve on clean field. <br /> 10. Pick up machine inside bag with clean glove. <br /> 11. Pull machine bag off machine using dirty glove. <br /> 12. Place machine bag on clean field. <br /> 13. Pull rubber bands off needle bar using clean glove. <br /> 14. Hold tube with dirty glove. <br /> 15. Pull tube & needle bar from machine using dirty glove & lay on clean field. <br /> 16. Using clean glove, place machine in safe place on edge of clean field. <br /> 17. At this point, consider both gloves as dirty. <br /> 18. Pull needle bar out of tube & place in sharps container. <br /> 19. Place tube in tube tray. <br /> 20. Place paper towels into ink/rinse cups to absorb excess fluid. <br /> 21. Gather clean field cellophane/dental bib from ends &carefully wrap up everything & <br /> discard. <br /> 22. Remove one glove. <br /> 23. Open HB Sani-Wipes. <br /> 24. Wipe down station, from cleanest to dirtiest, with 1113 Sani-wipes. (This includes station <br /> surfaces, benches, armrests, machines, clip cord, floor, etc.) <br /> 25. Remove glove & dispose of. <br /> 26. Wash/Sanitize Hands. <br />
