The facility no longer does piercing or autoclaves equipment. All needles and tubes are purchased pre -sterilized. <br />Sterilization records were available for two lots in use in the facility. One lot of needles and one lot of tubes were <br />verified during the inspection. <br />2. Artists Michael Carter and Alexis Castillo -Rocha no longer work at the facility. <br />3. A signed copy of the Infection Prevention and Control Plan was provided during the inspection. Evidence of <br />annual training was available for 3/16/17 and 7/31/18. <br />
