I wanted to clarify one thing with you. The company gives us our test results quarterly, they DO NOT give us our tests monthly. so its gonna be almost impossible for us to get month to month results. However, the company immediately notifies us if there is a failed test. They sent me the results of my failed test only 4 days after I sent it in. So if our test does not fail we will hear from them in three months. If it does fail we will be notified asap and correct it immediately. I have attached March 2015 spore test result per your request. Also, I wanted to let you know that Paul Silva is no longer employed at this establishment. Due to this requirement, the spore test results should be requested as soon as possible rather than on a quarterly basis, so that if a test results in failure, you would be notified immediately and the autoclave can be tested again as soon as possible.
