I discussed the situation with my supervisor Robert, and it was concluded that it is <br /> okay to receive the results quarterly as long as the facility is immediately notified of the failed spore test. Emails stating <br /> that the test failed should be printed and stored onsite. Facility must conduct another spore test as soon as possible and <br /> document any action taken to correct the issue (Autoclave repaired/cleaned etc.). Autoclave must not be used until it <br /> passes the spore test. Any loads run in the autoclave from the date the spore test was taken should be rerun. <br /> Another issue I wanted to bring up was the issue of handwashing stations. Facility must have a handwashing sink in or <br /> near the room (Phil's) at the east end of the facility. The company gives us our test <br /> results quarterly, they DO NOT give us our tests monthly. so its gonna be almost impossible for us to get month to <br /> month results. However, the company immediately notifies us if there is a failed test. They sent me the results of my <br /> failed test only 4 days after I sent it in. So if our test does not fail we will hear from them in three months. If it does <br /> fail we will be notified asap and correct it immediately. <br /> I have attached March 2015 spore test result per your request.
