All contaminated waste will be disposed of utilizing <br />red bags labeled with the Biohazard label. <br />B. All contaminated waste will be placed in the containers <br />provided by the contracted company (INFECTIOUS WASTE <br />CONTROL) for removal from the premises as needed or by <br />contract, whichever is appropriate <br />II. Purpose <br />A. To assure appropriate disposal of any item contaminated <br />by blood or body fluids. <br />III. Procedure <br />A. The following items after determination that they have <br />been contaminated by blood or body fluids will be <br />placed in the red bags labeled Biohazard: <br />1.
