One of their findings was <br />the use of Pharmaceutical Waste bins. In multiple departments, they found the bins not covered and in one area <br />medications that completely missed the bin and on the floor. <br />Please take a moment to redirect your staff in huddles about the importance of keeping lids on the Pharmaceutical <br />Waste bins. <br />
