Main Street <br />Stockton, CA 95202-3029 <br />Mr. Arambula, <br />RECEVED <br />4rR z s 200 <br />ENVIETN <br />RERViCE3 <br />P <br />In response to the noted violations during the recent San Joaquin County medical waste inspection at St. <br />Joseph's Medical Center on April 11, 2010. <br />• # 20 HSC Section 118280 —Containers maybe of any color and shall be labeled with the words <br />"Biohazardous Waste" or with the international biohazard symbol and the word `Biohazard" on <br />the lid and on the sides so as to be visible from any lateral direction. <br />Please see attached work order #193176. <br />• # 24 HSC Section 118310— The worded warning signs on all designated accumulation areas shall <br />be in English, "Caution — Biohazardous waste storage area — Unauthorized persons keep out" and <br />another language. <br />Please see attached work order #193184.
