Sharps containers in the <br />"Medication Rooms" of "D4A" and "D4B" were being used to store used <br />batteries. Sharps containers must be used solely for the storage of bio - <br />hazardous sharps waste. Sharps containers must be labeled with the <br />words "sharps waste" or with the international biohazard symbol and the <br />word "BIOHAZARD." Label containers immediately and submit <br />evidence of compliance by 7130115. <br />
