This bag was being used to store other <br />biohazard bags and solid waste container bags. Biohazard bags must <br />only be used for the storage of bio -hazardous waste. Bio -hazardous <br />waste must be placed in a biohazard bag inside of a rigid container <br />equipped with a tight fitting cover. Ensure biohazard bags are being used <br />solely for the storage of bio -hazardous waste inside of a rigid container. <br />This violation was corrected onsite. <br />
