Several tests did not pass or failed to specify <br />test results. The dates on the spore test results did correspond with dates <br />on the autoclave sterilization log. <br />Conduct a spore test immediately. Autoclave must not be used until a <br />negative spore test result is achieved. Provide training for employees <br />who conduct spore testing. Inspect autoclave and spore testing <br />equipment to correct the date variation. Submit evidence of compliance <br />by 7/30/15. <br />
