Biohazardous waste that will be treated offsite must be contained in a bag that meets both <br />ASTM D1709 and D1922. ASTM standards must be printed on the bag. Biohazardous waste bags used in <br />the Dialysis clinic were not labeled with any ASTM standard. Implement use of correct bag in Dialysis <br />clinic and ensure staff are equipped with the correct bags.
