Hazelton Ave. <br /> Stockton, CA 95205 <br /> Dear Ms. Singh, <br /> Enclosed please find the California Health Care Facility Corrective Action Plan in response to the <br /> Environmental Health Department inspection dated December 6, 2019. All items that required <br /> proof of practice are included with this correspondence. Staff corrected violation number 25 <br /> "Biohazard bag not in rigid container"immediately after the inspection. Correctional Department <br /> of Corrections and Rehabilitation and Medical staff are required to complete the Disposal of <br /> Regulated Waste Generated by Health Care Staff eLearning Course. This course does address <br /> disposal of biohazardous waste in rigid containers.
