Procedures for containing, handling, storing and transporting RMW. <br />d. Procedures for containing, handling, storing and transporting hazardous waste, <br />chemotherapeutic waste, antineoplactic waste and radioactive waste. <br />e. Procedures for validation testing of the autoclaves. <br />f. Procedures for the operation of the autoclaves. <br />g. Procedures for Handling spills. <br />h. Procedures for dealing with emergency shutdowns. <br />i. Challenge testing procedures. <br />j. Maintenance procedures. <br />k. Manifesting procedures. <br />1. Certification procedures. <br />in. Procedures for sealing the roll -off containers prior to transport to the facility. <br />2. Hands on Equipment Instruction for the staff responsible from the facility. <br />a.
