Report Violations 8. Anyone who discovers violations of these policies must report such incidents to the <br /> Infection Prevenionist(or designee)immediately or as soon as practical. <br /> Storage Limitations 9. Medical waste will not be stored on premises for more than days. <br /> Storage Areas 10. Should our medical waste storage area become full or the maximum number of <br /> storage days be exceeded,the Infection Preventionist(or designee)will notify <br /> appropriate personnel/agencies and request that the waste be removed promptly. <br /> Quality Assurance 11.
